Ronnie Coleman Workout Routine


This workout routine is designed to help you build muscle mass quickly. You’ll need a barbell, bench, and plenty of weight plates for this one! Ronnie’s goal in designing this was to make it as hard-core as possible because he believes that “you can’t get big without getting strong.”

This is the only way to train like an IFBB pro bodybuilder for 10 weeks or less. Follow your program precisely and stay focused on what matters most – building heavier weights with more reps!

Workouts are done 3x per week (on alternate days) so be sure to space them appropriately throughout the day if necessary. Read more …
